- Resumption of Nuclear Weapons Research at the Lawrence Berkeley
National Laboratory
- Radioactive Tritium Emissions and contamination from the National
Tritium Labeling Facility at LBNL
- Expansion of Radioactive and hazardous waste storage at LBNL
and the Lab's continuing refusal to prepare a full, updated
Environmental Impact Report
- LBNL research support for nuclear power industry's Yucca Mountain
Waste Project.
- The 40% cut in staff at LBNL's fire department (1995)
- Environmental degradation through radioactive contamination
of the the Strawberry Creek Watershed.
